I sit here and read things about criminals who are here illegally, as well as others who are born in America running around, assaulting, or killing people. They go before a judge, and instead of locking them up, they get released back into society. 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 times they’ve been caught, detained, and then a judge lets them back onto the streets, and some young person with their life in front of them is raped, or assaulted, or murdered, and nothing happens to the criminal.
There has to be some justice for these victims. I propose that the @HouseGOP work on some legislation that will impact these judges, remove them from the bench, charge them as criminal accomplices in the crimes that are committed, and then jail them with the criminal who committed the crime, and let nature take its course on them, whatever that course may be.
Some will say, “WAIT, WE CAN’T DO THAT, THIS IS AMERICA!” Well, AMERICA, in case you haven’t noticed lately, we’re turning into a depository of third-world refuse that is being allowed to come here and crap all over our country, and we’re not doing a damned thing about it. How about WE get to work correcting this problem, making examples of some of these judges who think they’re doing right, and bring the hammer/gavel down on them for their mistakes in rulings. I guarantee you that the first one who is held accountable, the rest will think, “OH SHIT – THAT CAN HAPPEN TO ME,” and things will change.
IT’S TIME TO CLEAN UP THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM and make it work for JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIMS, not for the criminals who commit the crimes, and surely not for the Judges who are letting these pieces of garbage back onto our streets.
