The percentages of people voting, even through the mail are statistically impossible to achieve because people won’t take the time to fill out a ballot and send it in. Not at those levels, and especially when in a pandemic. So I’d say harvesting and ballot manufacturing, as well as repetitive counting of the same ballots over and over again are responsible for these percentages. If they actually went THROUGH the mail, the ballots would all be photographed, or barcodes scanned, and so the USPS should be able to provide records of all ballots received through the mail in the cities where counts are MORE FOR BIDEN.
