There was not much else to do to this cover on TIME on APRIL FOOLS than to “dress it up” just a tad!!! For OCASIO-DE-WHACKO is NOT a PHENOM, she is a CLOWN and does not belong in our congress. She belongs back at her local bar tossing shaker cups screwing up drinks and flopping her hooters around for tips. Nothing more, nothing less.
